  2. Hi Stephanie. Thank you for your lovely comments but the paper says it all I think. I didn't do much to it at all. The paper was taken from what we here call a "stack" - which basically is an album of patterned, textured & sometimes glittered cardstock. There are numerous stacks and this one would have to be my favourite. I had templates made up of 6 x 4 and 1/2 inch chipboard to which I adhered the cardstock (which by the way is fairly thick cardstock. The front cover I just cut around the hair swirl with scissors, both on the cardstock and the chipboard. The DREAM embellishment I have had for years I think and I lost the packaging so I don't know where it came from sorry. I had a small packet of "ribbons' in various textures which I used to cover the 3 side binding rings and various pages. I just used a buckle embellishment for the tab on the inside back page & attached some wool ribbon. All my mini albums have been inspired by Marion's youtube videos. I'm hooked! She does such a fantastic job. I'm about to put up a slideshow of all the pages from the Once Upon a Time stack (yes I have more than one - this one is complete) so you can have a look at the pages. We purchase them from Big W stores here in Australia.

  4. Thanks Kathryn...Yes, I think less is more in some circumstances. Still Mandy & I would love to be able to get a hold of some of the papers and products you guys are able to get. We have to rely on the internet sites and they can become very expensive with the exchange rate and the postage.

  5. Jenny- My goodness this album is great! Your trading buddy this month is going to LUV it! The "stacks" you are referring to are also available at Joann Fabric stores too. And yes... the Once Upon a Time Stack is a keeper! I am so loving the GGS group! My blog is rather blah right now... but I will get going on it and post my mini for Laura De La Rosa when I finish it. (hopefully this week!)
