Today's page was inspired by the journal in which I created this page. This journal is a re-purposed recipe book - hence the recipe theme. This is all about Art Happiness!
The background technique I used was inspired by Amber K. Creative over on YouTube. The effect is soooo pretty! I can imagine loads of different styles of pages using this background technique. And it is so easy! You can watch the inspiration by clicking here.
So I decided I wanted to write a quick poem on art happiness and here's the poem in full:
Art Happiness
A journal, a notebook, a diary, a piece of paper
A paintbrush, your hands, a giftcard scraper
Some paint, sprays, inks, leaves and glue
Your page has begun all thanks to you.
Add a poem, images or flowers with glue
If you get stuck - stick on a bird or two!
It doesn't matter how you start
What does matter is how it's affected your heart!
Stay happy & art!
And yes, if you look at the pictures below you can see I doubled up on the word 'notebook' - oh well, that's individuality :)
You can watch the full process video on my YouTube channel by clicking here.
